WHY COME TO CHURCH?
Because we care about YOU, LIFE and GOD!

YOU... as a person
LIFE... as a journey
GOD... as creator of both

At St. Luke's, we try to help junior and senior high students grasp that:
God loves us and wants us to enjoy a personal relationship with him.
A relationship with God is possible.
God's way of living really leads to life.

JESUS SAID: "The THIEF'S purpose is to STEAL and DESTROY. MY purpose is to GIVE LIFE in all its fullness."
John 10:10

If you're not plugged into a church and are interested... we would love to have you join our youth program.

It's called Alfa Zulu because at the end of the Bible, Jesus announces that "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End" (Revelation 22:13). Alfa and Zulu are the first and last letters of the radio alphabet.

Alfa Zulu is open to young people in 6th thru 12th grade. We are busy with many activities. We meet Wednesday nights throughout the year in the recreation room from 5:30-7:30PM, plus other special events. Learning more about God's message and purpose for teenagers, praise and worship, games, discussion, and mission work are all part of the fun at Alfa Zulu. We have special programs for holidays, concerts and outreach work. On the first and fourth Thursday of each month, we meet to feed the homeless in downtown St. Petersburg from 6:15-8:00PM.
